Ritenour School District is committed to the value of information technology and the benefit of technology to classroom instruction and student achievement. The Ritenour Information Systems office plans, acquires, implements, maintains and supports the district’s technology systems, both office and classroom, hardware and software.

Information Systems Department responsibilities include:

• Network management
• Server management and performance monitoring
• Computer imaging, back ups and recovery
• Managing software titles and licensing
• Field support for district technology, classroom and office
• Anti-virus support
• Internet access and content filtering
• Information systems security: user authentication and authorizations
• Application support, development, upgrades and maintenance
• Email services
• Web site support
• Technology improvement planning and project management
