ROTC (Reserve Officers’ Training Corp) programs are offered on many college campuses. All branches of the U.S. Military, except for the U.S. Coast Guard, offer ROTC programs. The programs include merit based scholarships, often for full tuition, for students who complete the program and agree to serve for a set period of time in the military.
