Q: When am I paid?
A: You are paid on a semi-monthly basis for a total of 24 pays per year. This takes place on the 15th and the last day of the month. If the 15TH or the last day of the month takes place on a weekend, then you will be paid on the Friday before that payday. Exceptions to this are for Winter break and Spring break. You will be paid on the last day worked before we go on break.

For certified staff that work 10 months and staff that work 11 months, you will be issued all of your summer checks on the last day of work before summer break begins.
Q: How much will I be paid?
A: Non-hourly staff will be paid the same amount on every payday. To get this amount we take your annual salary and divide it by the number of pays in a school year (24).
Q: What if I work extra duty?
A: Examples of extra duty work are tutoring, detention and building supervision. To be paid for these activities you will need to submit a completed time sheet to your building principle. Payment is typically two weeks behind from when the work was done. For instance, hours worked from August 1st through August 15th will not be paid until the August 30th payroll. Q: Do I have to enroll in Direct Deposit?
A: The district’s board policy requires all employees to be paid via direct deposit.
