My goal is to empower youth and adults to reach their full potential. I assist them in overcoming personal obstacles to reach their life goals. I use CBT(Cognitive behavior therapy), person-centered, solution focused, strength based, and motivational interviewing evidenced based practices. I enjoy using creative activities and cooperative play. I love writing, sewing, crafts and making treats. I often incorporate these into my sessions. I have enjoyed working within several school districts and organizations in the St. Louis area since 2012. I have created and facilitated after school, school break and summer camps for youth.
I believe that I organize activities that educate, empower and encourage youth to think and look outside of the box and aim for higher. I believe that every person no matter their age has the potential to achieve great things not just for themselves but for their community, nation and the world at-large.
