welshm@ritenourschools.orgMy name is Molly Welsh. I began working as a substitute with Ritenour when I was completing my undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education. I worked at Marvin as a 1st grade teacher and then transferred to 4th grade. During this time, I received my Masters in Reading and Literacy with additional hours to achieve TESOL certification. I took a position as the TESOL specialist at Ritenour Middle and then moved to the International Welcome Center completing my 17th full year with Ritenour. I just completed my Doctorate in Leadership and work as a course developer and adjunct instructor in the graduate Literacy and TESOL program at Park University.
