    Welcome to 4th grade! My name is Danny Bellew. I am entering my 17th year of teaching and my 7th at Marvin. I have taught 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th grade. This will be my third year in 4th grade!  I have also been a Reading Specialist and a Reading Coach.I graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree from St. Louis University and received my Master’s Degree in Reading from Webster University. I am lucky to have a loving wife of 14 years and two children.  My daughter Katelyn is entering fifth grade and my son Ben is entering third. The beginning of this year will be a learning experience for us all, but I look forward to our new learning adventures!

    Lauren DeRousse Lauren DeRousse

    I am Lauren DeRousse, and I am new to Marvin this year. I graduated from Mizzou and have been teaching in Columbia, Missouri for the past 5 years. I’ve taught 2nd and 3rd grade and will now be teaching 4th! My parents and two older brothers also live in St. Louis, so I am happy to be back home closer to family and am excited to join the Marvin family! I love exercising and doing anything outdoors! I am also a big sports fan, especially Mizzou, Blues, and Cardinals! I know this school year is going to look a lot different, but I am so excited to get to know you all and get started with our learning! Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

    Alexis Goldfeld Alexis Goldfeld

    Hi! I am Alexis Goldfeld. This is my 5th year at Marvin. I have taught 1st and 2nd grade and now I am moving to 4th! I live with my husband Danny and our two pups, Elsa and Luna. We love sports, especially the Cardinals and the Blues! I also love hiking and reading. I am excited to start the school year and cannot wait to meet you!

    Maggie Greenlaw Maggie Greenlaw

    Hello Marvin Families! My name is Mrs. Maggie Greenlaw and I am so excited to be teaching your 4th grader! This is my 5th year at Marvin and my 4th year in 4th grade. I was born and raised in St. Louis and later went to Mizzou and Maryville University for school. In February, my husband and I welcomed our son, Brooks, into our family. I know this year is starting off different than we’re used to but I promise our class will learn a lot and have just as much fun along the way!
