Hi! My name is Ms. Brown and this will be my third year here at Kratz Elementary. I serve as the Social Emotional Interventionist or Refocus Room Teacher. I enjoy helping students recognize their feelings and expressing them in a creative way. My other time is spent teaching Introduction to Theatre at St. Louis Community College and finishing up my degree in Professional Counseling at Lindenwood University. Lastly, I enjoy spending as much time as I can with my fur baby Cinnamon.

Hello! I’m Mrs. Overton and I teach English here at Kratz. I have lived in St. Louis all of my life. I graduated from Lindbergh High School, attended the University of Missouri-Columbia M-I-Z for my bachelors in elementary education, and then went virtual with the Mizzou Z-O-U for my Masters in teaching English to speakers of other languages. I have been part of the Kratz family for 13 years. I spent my first 8 years teaching fourth grade ( fourth grade rocks!) and this is my fifth year as an EL teacher. I live with my husband, Mark and we have two awesome kiddos. Arya is four years old and loves make-up and fashion ( she learned everything from Ms. Schneider) and Elgin is seven months old and could be the smiliest kid ever.  We also have a crazy dog, Link, he turned 10 in February and can still play for days! I’m so excited to begin our new school year. See you soon.
