My name is Nicole Crisp. I have been a pediatric nurse for 13 years and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for last 5 years. I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University and Masters of Science from Texas Woman’s University.  I have varied experience within pediatrics from intensive care, post-operative care, Endocrinology/Childhood obesity, primary care and School-based health. I have a passion for teaching patients and family about their health, especially healthy lifestyle changes through diet and physical activity to promote a healthy weight. I currently serve as a primary care provider in both a community Federally-Qualified Health Center and at two local School-Based Health Clinics.

My husband and I have been married for 10 years and we have 2 beautiful, outgoing daughters that keep us busy. I am originally from Indiana, but recently moved from Texas. I enjoy crafting and indoor cycling in my spare time.
