Thank you for the Ice Cream Social, and the successful Back to School Bash, Will keep us updated of the dates for Strategic Planning sessions for this coming school year.

Treasurers Report:

$2920.22 Plus $57.50 for Back to School Bash Money in Hand

Ice Cream Social: Successful

Black and Orange Day: Successful but want to discuss with the larger group about not serving food at all booths, what about carnival type games.

Upcoming Events:

Family meal Nights—Every Other Month, Cane’s and McDonald’s were most successful, discussed staff and administration to be at McDonald’s to Serve the food to increase participation.

Bobo’s Fundraiser: Kickoff is Sept 6^th Money by Sept 24^th, Delivery is Oct 16^th Discussed prize package, will have more details once we speak with Bobo’s

Conference Food: 9/24 Bobo’s, 9/26 Taco Bar, 9/27 Bagels, Donuts Etc.

Bookfair: 9/23 to 9/26 Evenings 9/27 during AM Conferences

Homecoming Float: Casey can Drive and Alondra Luviano has a 12x6 trailer that we can use
