Although student schedules are available for parents and students to view in SIS shortly before school begins, including on Transition Day on Aug. 17, it is important to know that schedules may not be finalized for all students until the first day of school or shortly thereafter.

During the month of November, students in the Ritenour School District celebrated Native American Heritage Month in unique ways.
Ritenour students celebrated Veterans Day in their schools on Nov. 10, 2023 with a host of special assemblies, activities and learning opportunities that highlighted the important sacrifices military veterans have made to protect our nation and freedom.
Ritneour students and staff donated 9,653 Items of food during the district’s annual food drive.
Dr. Fred Harlan, Ritenour’s Director of Technology, has announced his retirement effective June 30, 2024 after serving the district for the past 15 years.

Nationally acclaimed author Jacqueline Woodson inspired Ritenour Middle School seventh-graders on Oct. 15, 2023 during a special visit that also included signed copies of her latest book, “Remember Us.”
