Community Facility Usage

  • Our school buildings and other facilities are available for community use according to policies established by the Board of Education and in compliance with state law. To manage requests and expenses related to facility use, we have established procedures to request use of a facility, to establish priority for use, to set fees, and to ensure that District facilities are used appropriately. 
    How to Rent a Ritenour Facility using our Online Application 
    1. Before you can reserve a facility, you must register your organization. To register, go to the Facility Use Calendar.
    2. Use these SchoolDude tutorials to learn how to request access and submit facility usage requests:

    3. Once you have submitted your request, your request will go to Ritenour administration for approval. You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been approved. Please read our Building Rules for insurance requirements, fees and the district's holiday and conference schedule.
    If you choose not to submit your request online, you can download the Facility Use Application Form here. For more information, call the Facilities Department at 314-493-6075. Completed applications for use of any elementary or middle school can be sent to:
