The district offers full-day kindergarten for all incoming students. The first day of school is Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2021.
Burnett comes to Ritenour with 20 years of experience as a teacher, school counselor and administrator in K-12 schools in the St. Louis area. She currently serves as assistant principal at Gateway Science Academy South.

March 17, 2021 was a historic day in the Ritenour School District with district staff participating in a mass COVID-19 vaccine clinic at Ritenour High School.
Based on the continued improvements with the pandemic conditions, as well as survey feedback from our in-person families, Ritenour will begin having all hybrid in-person learning students in K-8 learning in school buildings four days a week, beginning Monday, April 5.
Throughout the month of February 2021, Ritenour students and staff continued the tradition of celebrating Black History Month with creative learning projects.
Recognizing that we have plenty of space for all of our in-person RHS, Husky Academy and IWC students to learn together with proper social distancing, we are excited to announce that we will welcome back our all RHS hybrid students for four days a week of in-person learning beginning Monday, March 8.
