Athletic Paperwork 2022-2023

If you have questions or need to check and see if your physical is still valid, please contact Mrs. Rodenberg at 314.493.6135.

Parents, you must register with your child through their Ritenour account or you won’t have access to the form.

PLEASE NOTE: physicals are still submitted as a hard copy to our office as the final step to receive your eligibility card.

Eligibility cards will be available in the Athletic Office Tuesday 8/2, Wednesday 8/3 and Thursday 8/4 from 8-11 a.m. and 12-3 p.m.

Then, starting again on the first day of practice, Monday 8/8 through Friday 8/12 from 8-11 a.m. and 12-3 p.m.
