Dear Middle School Families,
As we look forward to summer break, we are excited to offer the Summer Academy 2023 at Hoech and Ritenour Middle School for rising 6th-, 7th-, and 8th-graders (current 5th-, 6th- and 7th-graders). This is an excellent free program for students to stay engaged, continue learning, and have fun over the summer.

The Summer Academy will take place from June 5 through July 6, Mondays through Thursdays, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at both Hoech and Ritenour middle schools. The program offers both indoor and outdoor project-based learning in math and English language arts with peers.
We are very excited to share that students who have perfect attendance during the Summer Academy will have the chance to win an X-Box S Series or a Nintendo Switch. Two students will be selected from both Hoech and Ritenour middle schools. We encourage all students to strive for perfect attendance to be eligible for these prizes!
The Summer Academy is an excellent opportunity for students to stay on track academically while enjoying a fun and exciting summer experience.
Be sure to sign up your child by April 14, 2023, to secure their spot! Registration forms and additional information are available on the website as well as in our school office.
