Drive-Thru COVID-19 Testing Opening at Ritenour High School on May 4

Ritenour High School (RHS) will be a drive-thru testing site for COVID-19 beginning Monday, May 4, 2020. CareSTL Health, which operates Ritenour’s Husky Health Center in the north wing of Hoech Middle School, will conduct the tests.

Until further notice, testing will take place on the following days and times at RHS, located at 9100 St. Charles Rock Road:

  • Mondays from 9 a.m. - Noon
  • Tuesdays from 9 a.m. - Noon

The tests are by appointment only. Those who believe they have been exposed to the novel coronavirus or are suffering from COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough, scratchy throat, red eyes and shortness of breath) should call (314) 367-5820 option 4 to be assessed. After assessment, an appointment date will be set. Individuals are required to bring identification matching information shared at time of appointment registration. The test will take about 10 minutes and patients will receive results from CareSTL Health in 36-48 hours. Only those 16 years of age and older are eligible to receive the test. For those under the age of 16, please seek assistance from Cardinal Glennon or St. Louis Children’s Hospital.

“Thanks to CareSTL Health for making this critical service available to the Ritenour community,” said Ritenour Superintendent Dr. Chris Kilbride. “Our partnership with CareSTL Health has provided a great benefit to our community. Over the course of the past two years, the partnership has been very beneficial and provided increased access to health care and resources in our efforts to serve the whole child.”
