Ritenour Hosts COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for Students Ages 5-17 on Nov. 17 at Ritenour Middle School
Thanks to a partnership with SSM Health, the Ritenour School District is offering a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for Ritenour community members, families and students ages 5 and older.
The vaccine clinic will take place from 3 - 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 17 at Ritenour Middle School, 2500 Marshall Ave.
All students ages 5-17 will need to have a parent or guardian present at the vaccine clinic. Representatives will be on hand to administer the Pfizer vaccine, which is now approved for emergency use by the federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use on children age 5 and older.
Appointments are available by pre-registration only by completing this online form: https://forms.gle/nMvW85yGs7Mhdcy69(Note: Please complete the form multiple times if you are signing up more than one child.) After completing the form, a representative will confirm your appointment time via email. Please register no later than Sunday, Nov. 14 at 6 p.m.
The second dose of the vaccine will be provided on Wednesday, Dec. 8 from 3 - 6:30 p.m. in the same location.
