Dear Parents,

We are excited to offer your child an opportunity to participate in several after-school activities and club options this school year.  Please follow the Hoech ASA packet link, which includes a detailed description of each activity and important bus information.  Clubs are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week, depending on student interest and the sponsor's availability.

Parents that wish to have their child stay for activities must complete this Parent Permission slip.  Students without a finished permission slip will not be able to sign up for an activity or stay after school.

Students will begin signing up for their desired activities/club on Monday, Sept. 19th, in Husky Time.  Sign-ups will reopen each quarter if students wish to change their club choice.  Misbehavior or repeated absences may cause students to lose their spot in their chosen activity.
