The auditor reported no findings or questioned costs. Matthew Sell, an auditor with Daniel Jones & Associates, told the Board of Education that after spending several weeks reviewing information from the district’s business department, all accounting practices and financial records and management complied with state and federal requirements. 

“I would like to congratulate the district on having an excellent audit,” Sell told the Board.

The long history of the district receiving clean audits, coupled with 20 consecutive years of the district receiving the Meritorious Budget Award by the Association of School Business Officials (ASBO) International, reflects the district’s commitment to sound financial practices.
